4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier assignment is based on activity and engagement. egg33 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on egg33 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are available within the game interface.

• The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or connection issue, egg33 reserves the right to make an appropriate decision regarding that bet.
• Incorrect payouts or offers displayed due to a software error will be considered void.
• The rules of third-party game providers apply alongside egg33's own rules.

If any of the above activities are detected, egg33 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit the deposited balance.

The deadline for filing a complaint regarding any dispute is within 30 days of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
